We use International Express Mail Service for all international deliveries.Usually, goods will be shipped out in 2-3days after receiving the order, you can expect to receive your package within 6-9 days.When finish shipping we will send you tracking number to check the package, also we require customers signature, please be sure you are at home when the package arrived.
Cancellations
Cancellation of an order is ok for customers, but must be requested before the products are prepared or orders have been dispatched, or customers need to pay 15% restocking fee. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
In order to perform your best, your products need to be just right. We offer easy exchange policy for customers. To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason,also with your name order ID and phone number in advance. We will then provide you with further instructions.
